Four Agency’s Difference Makers Graduate Programme - designed to attract smart minds with bold ideas aiming to make a real-world impact in the fields of media, creative and communications – opens on Saturday 17 May 2025 for 2025/ 26 applications. This prestigious programme, delivered by the leading independent international media, creative and communications agency, has supported almost 300 brilliant graduates over the past 20 years.
The benefits of starting your career with Four
The Difference Makers Graduate Programme offers a unique opportunity for graduates to kickstart their careers in an AI-forward, international environment. The programme is powered by The Difference Engine, Four’s AI and human powered roadmap for campaign planning, implementation and measurement. From start to finish, the Difference Engine links deep audience insights, behaviour-change theory, campaign creation and advanced measurement techniques to redefine modern marketing.
During a 12-month rotation plan, graduates will have the chance to work across Four's four high-growth sectors: government, health, lifescapes and future industries. And for the first time in the programme’s history, participants will rotate through all three service lines: communications (earned), creative (owned) and media (paid), to build a comprehensive skill set from day one. In addition, graduates will benefit from early responsibility on global clients, access to Four’s AI Council, Copilot licences and full tech-stack workshops.
With UK hubs in London, Cardiff and Sheffield and potential opportunities in Riyadh, Dubai and Abu Dhabi, graduates will have the chance to think and travel internationally - roles will initially be based in Cardiff, Sheffield or London.
Four prides itself on its EPIC culture, which stands for Expertise, Passion, Independence and Community. The EPIC benefits package includes a GP helpline, mental-health support, matched pension, paid volunteering, weekly bar and summer and winter socials as well as active staff networks championing diversity, sport, culture, sustainability and more.
How ideal candidates can apply
Four is looking for graduates who are brain-powered, curious, creative, AI-forward, ethics-first, commercially switched-on and brilliant project managers. Ideal candidates will have razor-sharp analytical and strategic thinking, the ability to connect dots others don’t and a fascination with how great marketing drives ROI and growth.
To apply, candidates need to submit the application form, their CV in any format (max two-page PDF, 12-slide interactive deck, micro-site, TikTok thread etc.) and a "Career Manifesto" of up to 800 words or a three-minute multimedia piece. The manifesto should answer how they will use creativity, data and responsible AI to help clients meet their goals, where they want their career to take them and what unique perspective, passion or talent they will add to Four's EPIC community.
Applications open on 17 May and close at 23:59 (BST) on Sunday, 25 May 2025.
The selection process includes personality and strengths profiles, an Apprentice-style selection day and the programme launches in summer 2025.
