We were entrusted with the exciting opportunity to launch Get Living’s new development in Leatherhead, Surrey. This site features 214 sustainably designed homes with a low-rise architectural profile that harmonises with the leafy Leatherhead landscape, creating a highly convenient hub for those seeking an enhanced living experience.
Utilising the site’s existing name, ‘The Oakgate,’ our brand identity drew inspiration from the nearby Surrey Hills and its natural surroundings. We incorporated organic shapes found in the local flora to create an inspirational and colourful graphical device, which is seamlessly woven throughout the creative work, resulting in an impactful and recognisable brand.
Paired with imagery and video assets from our stunning photoshoot, our creative rollout was meticulously designed to captivate prospective residents and included dynamic digital and social media assets, out-of-home advertising, print collateral and impactful on-site customer signage.
