Using PR, creative social content and partner engagement, we put the government’s Exam Results Helpline front-of-mind for young people and parents seeking support around GCSE, A Level and vocational qualification results days. 

Calls to the Exam Results Helpline increased by 8% during the exam results season, reversing a downwards trend -  and website hits were up by almost 10% compared to the previous year.  Our campaign smashed KPIs by 256%.
