Sam is our first chief marketing performance officer and leads our work in offering the most advanced measurement and evaluation techniques in the industry. Sam incorporates knowledge across core digital disciplines including media planning, buying, optimisation and combines this with extensive attribution, analytics, targeting and data modelling experience.  Dedicated to finding and growing synergy across online and offline channels, he delivers the most efficient and effective digital marketing campaigns. 

Dan is an award-winning director with 15 years’ experience in the healthcare industry, spanning life science recruitment, primary care publishing, pharmaceutical media strategy, planning & buying. With strong management skills, Dan has led teams in both the UK and internationally. He prides himself on setting and delivering the highest standards to his clients and drives differentiation through innovation.  

Martin is an experienced business leader and expert in global and local paid media in the health and life-science sectors. Martin helps clients balance the complexities of country’s regulatory compliance with strategic approaches to delivering KPI results that out-perform industry benchmarks. Since joining the agency in 2015, Martin has helped several clients win awards at the PM Digital Awards.

Amelia is an accredited practitioner with the IPA and CIPR and has 17+ years in integrated campaigns and has worked with Royal Mint, NFU and Study in Wales, managing multi-million pound budgets. She is based in the Cardiff office and has worked across Welsh Governments' Keep Wales Safe media strategy.

Lucy has over 20+ years of experience in media planning and buying across multiple sectors providing strategic planning and insights for campaigns at all budget levels. She also specialises in building long term trusted client relationships whilst developing and nurturing teams through leadership and learning. She was made an associate member of BAFTA in 2018 for her work in film. 

With over 12 years of experience in digital media and marketing across various sectors, Pawel possesses a deep understanding of client and business needs. He is skilled at handling complex projects, drawing on his expertise in strategy, media planning, and client management. He has experience executing multifaceted global advertising campaigns and fostering strong client relationships.

Nathan joined Four in 2018 as a graduate and has since developed expertise in a wide variety of platforms and sectors. He has advanced knowledge of the full scope of the ever-changing digital environment enabling him to act as a trusted source for clients and colleagues alike.
