We are looking for an ambitious account manager to join our digital media team. Working in our expanding media team of 60+ professionals, the successful candidate will be key to cultivating and nurturing relationships with clients across the life science sector. The successful candidate would work within a defined team, allowing them to grow and expand their servicing and strategic skills to help our clients achieve defined success.

We seek an individual with a minimum of 3-year experience in the media agency sector, preferably already in an existing account manager role.  The ideal candidate will have a strong background in programmatic advertising (DV360) and paid social media (Meta, LinkedIn) using management platforms like Sprinklr. This role requires excellent client-facing skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns effectively.

What you’ll do 💼

As our new account manager, you'll:

  • Develop and execute digital media strategies for clients, focusing on programmatic advertising and social media platforms.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and projects.
  • Manage and optimize campaigns using DV360 and Sprinklr to ensure maximum performance.
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure clients receive cutting-edge solutions.

 

You'll thrive here if you have:

  • Proven experience in programmatic advertising, specifically with DV360.
  • Minimum of 3-year experience in the media agency sector
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Meta and LinkedIn
  • Experience using Sprinklr or similar social media management platforms
  • Excellent client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience advertising brands from life science sector or running international campaigns
