Are you a recent creative graduate with a passion for digital content creation through filming, editing, design, animation and AI? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our in-house group marketing team. This role is perfect for a creative individual eager to develop and execute a broad range of innovative campaigns, support new business efforts, and produce engaging content for our internal communications, social media channels and website.

Role Overview

You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to crafting compelling visual narratives and impactful marketing strategies for internal and external campaigns. From graphic design, film and animation to AI-driven projects, your work will span a diverse range of media, allowing you to hone your skills and creativity.

You will report to the business development director and applicants will have the following responsibilities and skills and qualifications: 

Key Responsibilities

  • Design multimedia content for social media, website, and internal communications
  • Create and edit short videos and animations for marketing campaigns
  • Collaborate with team members to develop innovative marketing content
  • Provide support on print production for posters, reports, merchandise etc.
  • Occasional creation of Microsoft Office templates for reports, presentations, brochures etc. 
  • Support new business initiatives with creative input and execution
  • Stay updated on the latest trends in video, animation and AI technologies

Skills and Qualifications

  • Recent graduate with a degree in a relevant field (e.g., film, design, multimedia)
  • Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro)
  • Experience with animation and design tools (e.g., After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator)
  • Experience working in InDesign, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Microsoft Office
  • Interest in AI and its applications in media and marketing
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A team player with a proactive attitude and a keen eye for detail
